At Natalie Sunless, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to provide you with a personalized, seamless experience. To ensure the best experience for every client, the following policies are in place: ✨ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and will be applied toward your final balance. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — we completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Group Glow: Due to the larger time block reserved, Group Glow deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. ✨ Mobile Appointments Because Natalie Sunless is a mobile service, please provide an accurate address when booking and ensure there is a clean, private space available for your appointment. ✨ Group Bookings Bestie Glow appointments require 2 people. All guests must be serviced consecutively at the same location to qualify for discounted pricing. Group Glow appointments require a minimum of 3 people. Please ensure all guests are available and ready at the scheduled appointment time so everyone can receive their tan smoothly. ✨ Travel Fee Appointments outside of the standard Natalie Sunless service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.
